Ms. Judy Kannenberg is Founder and Head of Kannenberg Coaching & Consulting, LLC, leveraging 37 years in the global pharma industry as an expert in Regulatory Affairs. She now serves as an Executive Coach and Regulatory Strategic Consultant, bringing extensive experience leading large global teams in product development and Health Authority approval of a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical, biological, cell & gene therapy, and medical device products. 

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Kannenberg has held executive leadership roles in Regulatory Affairs at Astellas Pharma, including most recently VP and RA Head for BioPharma Development, CCDS & Labeling. Prior roles include Executive Director, RA Therapeutic Area Head supporting Frontier Disease. Before joining Astellas, she spent 18 years with Baxter Healthcare in roles of increasing responsibility supporting Regulatory, Quality, Project Management, and Pharmaceutical Technology. 

She earned her MBA from Lake Forest and her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and Chemistry from DePaul University. Ms. Kannenberg has held multiple certifications including RAC and CQA. She has served as a nonprofit Global Board Director for HBA, and is an active member of the Chief Executive Women’s Network.
