Mr. S. Sampathkumar has over 28 years of progressive experience in enterprise software engineering, solution architecture, platform modernization, and technology leadership. A significant portion of his career has been shaped within Ramco Systems’ VirtualWorks low-code/no-code ecosystem, where he played a pivotal role in developing enterprise-grade application development frameworks and delivery methodologies. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager at HTC Global Services, leading frontend modernization initiatives; prior to that, he held Director and Associate Director roles at Ramco Systems Limited, overseeing multidisciplinary teams responsible for architecture, design, engineering, and enterprise software product delivery.
With expertise in frontend modernization, GraphQL API architecture, microservices-based systems, and cross-platform mobile development, Mr. Sampathkumar has consistently aligned technology strategy with business objectives to deliver scalable, high-performing enterprise solutions. During his tenure at Ramco Systems, he led the modernization of legacy multi-page enterprise applications into single-page application architectures, reducing application load times by up to 70 percent, and standardized the enterprise frontend framework using ReactJS, cutting development cycle times by approximately 80 percent. He also directed the design of advanced UI controls and reusable component frameworks for low-code/no-code platforms, improving platform usability by up to 90 percent, and led mobile application development initiatives for iOS and Android platforms.
He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Erode Arts College, Erode. His technical foundation spans Microsoft .NET, Angular, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Sencha ExtJS, along with extensive experience in data management technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch, and hands-on expertise in cloud-native development, containerization, and DevOps practices.
