Dr. Shri (Sriram) Rajagopalan has over 25 years of experience in project management and agile methodologies. As the Global Head of Agile Strategy at Inflectra, he focuses on product adoption and process improvement utilizing his experience establishing a Level 5 Program Management Office.
With expertise in leadership development, agile implementation, and organizational change, Dr. Rajagopalan drives excellence through structured methodologies. His career includes roles as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Northeastern University and PMI Authorized Trainer for certification courses.
He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and numerous professional certifications including PfMP, PgMP, PMP, and PMI-ACP. Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Rajagopalan founded the PLOT initiative for youth leadership, authored “Organized Common Sense” and “Leadership Unleashed,” and actively contributes to PMI Best Practice Guides.
